These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Storytimevault mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by Stellarizon Digitals Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is intended for a general, mainstream audience. By using it you confirm that you are able to form a binding contract in your country of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Licence to use the Service

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these Terms.

3. AI-generated content

All comics, stories, artwork, and characters in Storytimevault are original fiction created with the assistance of artificial intelligence, for entertainment purposes only. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or to actual events, is purely coincidental. Content is not copied from existing works. All stories are original fiction and contain no explicit sexual content.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content except as permitted by law;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with advertising or security features of the Service.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its name, logo, design, software, and all content made available through it, is owned by Stellarizon Digitals Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service or its content.

6. Advertising

The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. Your use of the Service and the handling of related data are also subject to our Privacy Policy. You can manage ad personalization in the app's Settings.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or continuously available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellarizon Digitals Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
